🌿 Free Release Meditation: a guided letting go session in Midtown Manhattan
Carrying stress, anxiety, frustration or a heavy week? Come let it go. Release Meditation is a small, welcoming in-person group where you learn to feel emotions fully while staying a calm observer, so they can release at the root instead of being managed or pushed down.
What happens in a session
- Group check-in: a short, friendly round to arrive and settle in.
- 2. Guided meditation & letting go: a guided practice for noticing what you're carrying and letting it go.
- 3. Open Q&A and conversation: ask anything and hear how others are using the practice day to day.
No experience needed. Just come as you are. 💛
