Under the November full moon, join us for a meaningful evening devoted to gratitude, letting go, and making space for what you wish to welcome into your life.
Through guided meditation, a special candle ceremony, Yoga Nidra, and the soothing sounds of our healing instruments, we'll create space to release what no longer serves us, reconnect with what matters most, and rest in gratitude for the journey that brought us here.
Each guest will also have the opportunity to choose a special gratitude stone to take home as a reminder of their intention.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Bring your yoga mat; blankets and comfort items are provided.
