On the winter solstice, the longest night of the year, join us at our lavender farm in Mechanicsburg for an evening of letting go. We'll open in circle, sharing what we're ready to release from 2026, then move it out of the body through ecstatic dance, a free-form practice where there are no steps to learn and no wrong way to move. We'll close by settling onto mats for a guided meditation and an immersive sound bath with gentle energy healing.Your hosts Nina and Emma are sisters bringing their practices together to hold space for you as one year turns into the next.
No dance or meditation experience is needed. Sharing in circle is always optional, and energy healing is opt-in.
