This Sound Bath in Galway is a gentle invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and give yourself an evening to relax and unwind.
For 90 minutes there's nothing for you to do.
Just lie down, listen and rest.
✨ No experience needed. Come as you are.
✨ Bring a mat, blanket and pillow.
✨ Limited spaces to keep the room comfortable.

Step into a peaceful, candlelit space.
Allow the outside world to fade away as you journey into a state of deep relaxation with a guided meditation and soothing sound bath, designed to help you unwind and de-stress after a busy week.
The healing tones of crystal singing bowls, resonant gongs, grounding drum and delicate chimes, wash over you, inviting you to release stress, tension and mental clutter.
This is a rare chance to pause, slow things down and take time just for yourself.
You will leave feeling calm and deeply rested as you float home for the best nights sleep.
