Expect to feel energized as if you've had a full night's sleep and relaxed as if you've spent a day at a spa.Sound Baths are zero impact and you will be laying down during most of the class. You may bring a mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, sleeping bag, etc. and anything else that would assist your experience. Please wear comfortable clothing.
