Relaxation and Mindful Walk

Join us ( Merton Talking Therapies and Wimbledon Guild) for a gentle walk around Morden Hall Park, where relaxation and mindfulness techniques will be shared.

Please come dressed for the weather on the day - and wear comfortable shoes for a 45 minute walk. Please let us know about any health conditions we should be aware of.

This workshop is for Merton residents (18+) only, or those who are registered with a Merton GP.

When signing up for this workshop, you will be required to complete a registration form and a wellbeing questionnaire over the phone or online with a member of the Wellbeing team.

The Information is held securely and is not shared.
