Join yoga therapist Tracy Full in this intimate 2.5 hour special restorative workshop to boost your energy this fall!Whether you have five minutes or an hour, taking time out of each day to relax and renew is essential to living well. With clear instructions, Certified Relax & Renew Yoga Therapist Tracy Full RYC1000 will gently guide the experienced practitioner and enthusiastic beginner—regardless of age, flexibility, or strength. Restorative Yoga is the use of props to bring the body to positions of great comfort in order to facilitate health and relaxation. We will move the body through a series of fully supported poses (all on the floor with bolsters, blankets and props), introduce mindfulness with the breath and flow back to a state of relaxation. We are learning to honor the present moment And to live there.
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that:
-Encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
-Emphasizes rest and stillness.
-Involves gentle poses held for extended periods of time, without strain.
-Promotes relaxation, relieves back pain, and improves sleep.
The workshop is in a supportive and safe environment that leads to total relaxation. No experience necessary, and open to anyone wanting to relax, heal and restore focus. There are no standing poses, and all positions are about support and relaxation, as Tracy guides you on a journey to tune into you and listen to your body's innate healing abilities.

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and journal (optional) and dress comfortably in layers. All props are available to borrow in studio.
