For anyone looking to step away from the demands of a busy day and take some time for themselves, Relax & Reset offers a 30-minute lunchtime workshop designed to create a moment of calm, reflection and reconnection.
Taking place at Patch in Twickenham, the session will be led by certified hypnotherapist Karishma, who specialises in anxiety management. Through a guided visualisation, participants will be encouraged to slow down, quieten the mind and reconnect with themselves. The session aims to help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, encourage greater self-awareness, and leave participants feeling refreshed and rebalanced as they return to the rest of their day.
Karishma takes an integrated approach to wellbeing, drawing on hypnotherapy, CBT, mindfulness and spiritual teachings. Her work focuses particularly on anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, assertiveness and phobias. Inspired by her own personal experiences, she is passionate about helping people understand themselves on a deeper level and empowering them to create meaningful change through inner work.

Relax & Reset takes place on 17 September 2026, from 1:00pm–1:30pm at Patch, Twickenham. The workshop fee is £6.
