𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸:
𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
How to realize, speak and act from our deepest truth. And get in touch with who we truly are, and who the other truly is. This is the foundation of meeting ourselves and others.
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲
How do we relate with each other from Love? Not through fixing, solving or managing others and ourselves. From sheer care and wonder.
𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆
How do we feel our feelings? And the magic that it creates. Our bodies are full of emotion; feeling; life force, and we learned to constrict and repress lots of it. How does our experience of life change when we allow ourselves to feel more of what's already here?
𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
What happens we allow our intuition to guide us? Instead of thinking we know the answer, trust that our system and the collective can guide us more skilfully, and in greater alignment with love and truth, than our intellect alone can.
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
What happens when we put our bodies first? When we slow down enough to notice the more subtle shifts in our experience? What happens when we include more of our bodies in our lives? Not just through sensing, but also through movement and touch.
𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲
The only way to deeply meet the other is by respecting our needs, wants, preferences and ultimately, our boundaries. How do we notice what we need and want? How do we stand up lovingly for it? How do we know whether we are acting in integrity? Once we discover this we can meet the other with the whole of ourselves.
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁:
* To be part of a close group of committed relating practitioners.
* You get to build up safety and trust in the group as its members remain stable across the sessions.
* You get to develop a more solid intuitive understanding of how to be skilfully relateful. Not just practice time, but deliberate practice on the skills that matter.
* 2 experienced facilitators will be leading the way into developing our relating skills.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲:
The sessions will mostly consist of practice around the orienting themes. And we'll also spend time reflecting on the principles, what worked, what didn't and what the nuances of each theme are.
𝘗𝘢𝘪𝘳 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴. 𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘱 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴. 𝘙𝘦𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘴. 𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘱 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴.
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻:
Each session lasts 3 hours.
Thursdays from 17:30 until 20:30.
Reach out if you want to participate but can't do this time frame.
We start the first cohort the 29th of October. If by then we don't have the full group signed-up, we start gathering for free until we reach 5 sign-ups. Then, we start the official program.

This series will happen at our place, north of Marselisborg (Aarhus.)

The investment is 1100 kr for the six-week program. If money is an issue, please reach out ❤.
Only join if you can commit to participating in most of the sessions. If you miss one session it's okay, but if you can't attend 3 of the sessions it's not a fit.
𝘔𝘢𝘹 6 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴 + 2 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴.
This is one of a series of 6-week long closed groups. Each group will have different themes like power, eros, shame, courage. And we might repeat this specific one in some months, as this one focuses on the foundational skills.
