About this Event
Learn the art of mixology, sans booze.
We're thrilled to be back at Spirited Away NYC for our second mixology workshop, Reinventing the Classics.
Join us for a hands-on introduction to zero-proof cocktail making, where we'll explore the fundamentals of mixology, master a few essential bar tools, and learn how to build beautifully balanced drinks from the ground up.
Using premium non-alcoholic spirits from Free Spirits, we'll put a fresh spin on some of the world's most beloved classic cocktails. Think all the craft, complexity, and ritual of a great cocktail, just without the hangover.
No experience required. This beginner-friendly class is designed to give you the confidence to blend, stir, and sip like a pro.
We'll provide the tools, ingredients, and plenty of guidance along the way. Just bring your curiosity, your taste buds, and a willingness to learn something new.
In this class, you'll learn:
