🪶 Reconnect with your breath, your body, and the earth. Let calming energy flow through you - releasing tension, restoring balance, and reconnecting you with your inner light.✨What is Reiki? Reiki is simply life force energy. This tradition began in Japan and its teachings have now travelled worldwide. It is not connected to any one belief and is welcoming of all people.
🪶What to expect: Participant can either lay on massage table or sit up in chair as per preference. Calming music and dim lighting will fill the room. I also use sound tools such as tuning forks, drums and chimes as I feel called to by my intuition. Participants can expect gentle touch with hands or hovering over parts of the body as preferred by receiver. Participants only need to relax and allow themselves to receive this healing energy.
