This Reiki Level 1 training is a gentle yet profound introduction to the practice of Reiki and the world of energy. Whether you are feeling called to support your own healing, deepen your intuition, or begin working with others, this training will provide a grounded and supportive foundation.
Over the 6 years I have been practicing and teaching Reiki, my relationship with Reiki and energy work has continued to evolve, which is why I recently took time away from teaching to completely redesign this training from the ground up. This new version weaves together traditional Reiki teachings with a deeper understanding of the body, the hara, energetic awareness and the metaphysical nature of energy.
This is more than a course filled with information. It is an opportunity to experience energy for yourself.
Throughout the day, we will explore the foundations and philosophy of Reiki, hand positions for self-healing and treating others, energetic awareness, intuition, meditation and embodied practices designed to help you build confidence in working with energy.
Exchange: $300pp or $260pp if you book with a friend.
You will receive:
• Your Reiki Level 1 attunement and energetic initiation
• A comprehensive Reiki Level 1 training manual
• Guided practices and hands-on experience
• Integration support and space to ask questions
• Tea, nourishing snacks and a welcoming environment
This training is held in a small group of 2-4 people to allow for a personal, supportive and interactive experience.
No prior experience is required.
