We’re adding a little something extra to the restorative class! Join me - Andrea Schnaus! You’re guide through this 75 min Reiki + Restorative class.
While you lay in the most supported and grounded poses, I’ll administer reiki. Some of class will consist of hands on Reiki and hands off.
Never experienced Reiki? Great! This the perfect introduction to it!
