Take some time to realign physically and energetically during this reiki enhanced yin yoga and sound healing journey under November's Crescent Moon in Libra. Beginning with a collective oracle reading, smudging, intention setting, and essential oil infused breathwork. Deepening self love through positive affirmations and EFT to shift the energetic body while rewiring the mind. Mindfully moving and resting in deeply restorative earthbound yin poses to release tension in the soft tissue of the body while reconnecting with the self. Allow yourself to be held with the healing touch of reiki as you rest in each pose for several minutes. Closing the experience with a guided sound journey that connects you to the wisdom, love, and support of your ancestors in the Spirit realm and the airy energy of Libra, activating your heart space to grow more love, compassion, and forgiveness within while releasing the heaviness of grief that is held in the body on a cellular level. In this sacred healing container, you have the freedom to share, to be truly witnessed without judgement, as you continue to evolve through these self care practices and your path to healing the mind, body, and Soul.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
