~ Grounding practices, oracle cards, sound instruments, gentle connection circle
~ Chats & cup of tea at the end ☕️
~ All equipment provided, can bring your own pillow and blanket
~ Dress warm and comfortable, bring a mug and water bottle!

Disclaimer:
~ mostly sitting down and will be laying down up to 30-45 minutes
~ do not consume caffeine or alcohol prior to attending as it will affect your Reiki experience
~ Reiki is a non-invasive energy alignment modality that uses hands-on or off approach to soothe emotional tension and bring the body into deep relaxation. Hand placements will typically be on feet, heart space, shoulders and head.
