Join Gizelle Renee in the stunning, intimate surroundings of 7 Lion Yard, Clapham, for a deeply restorative journey of Reiki, meditation and sound.
Gizelle, a Reiki Master and Teacher, will gently guide you through a calming meditation, weaving Reiki healing throughout to encourage relaxation, release tension and create space to reconnect with yourself.
The session will close with an immersive sound bath, where the beautiful vibrations of alchemy crystal singing bowls invite your mind and body into a deeper state of rest.
There is nothing to do, nowhere to be and nothing to achieve. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
Everything you need will be provided totruly pamper you. Just bring yourself.
