After at least 21 days of self-practice following Reiki Level 1, you're ready to deepen your journey with Reiki Level 2. In this training, you'll learn to work on others and perform distance healing sessions, expanding your connection to Source energy and opening pathways to healing on the mental and emotional levels.
This level can support the release of subconscious wounds, unhealthy habits, attachments, and addictions. Many students find it raises their frequency and enhances their sensitivity and receptivity to channeling Reiki energy.
