✨ Reiki Level One Class: Learn, Practice & Connect ✨Ready to deepen your understanding of Reiki and begin practicing it for yourself? This beginner-friendly Reiki Level One class offers a supportive, hands-on introduction to energy healing and the foundations of Reiki practice.
Meet Your Teacher: Erin
I’m Erin, the owner of Soul Journey Connections and your Reiki Level One teacher. I received my Reiki Master training in 2018 and have been practicing Reiki with people and animals ever since.
I have been part of Acacias Journeys since its doors first opened and have been seeing clients there throughout that time. My experience, continued practice, and connection with the Acacias Journeys community have helped me create a learning environment that is welcoming, respectful, and supportive.
My goal is to help you feel comfortable asking questions, exploring Reiki at your own pace, and building confidence in your practice. Whether you are completely new to Reiki or have had some previous experience, you will be guided with care, patience, and encouragement.
During this class, you’ll learn how to perform Reiki on yourself and explore ways to share Reiki with plants and animals. You’ll also be introduced to your first two Reiki symbols and learn how to incorporate them into your practice.
🌿 What You’ll Learn:
* The foundations and principles of Reiki.
* How to prepare for and perform a self-Reiki session.
* How to offer Reiki to plants and animals with care and respect.
* Your first two Reiki symbols and their traditional uses.
* How to begin developing a consistent Reiki practice.
* A simple two-minute Reiki closing practice to help you complete and ground your sessions.
* Basic guidelines for practicing Reiki safely, respectfully, and mindfully.
This class is designed for beginners and anyone interested in learning practical Reiki techniques in a welcoming, supportive environment. No previous experience is necessary—just bring an open mind and a willingness to learn.
