Reiki is the Japanese phrase for ‘Universal Life Energy,’ The Usui System of Reiki Energy Healing is a non-invasive hands-on practice where the energy is channeled through the practitioner's hands for self-treatment or treatment of others.
�In Reiki Level 1 you will learn the foundations of this natural healing art, Reiki principles and precepts, hand positions and be able to offer yourself and others a deeply relaxing, peaceful and calming experience.�You will also have the opportunity to exchange Reiki sessions with other participants.
Manual and Certificate Included.
Once you learn Reiki, this skill is yours for a lifetime. Accept this power to heal!
Beneficial for relief from chronic aches and pains, depression, emotional stress, insomnia and anxiety disorders and work related stress. Also, balance chakras and promotes general well being. It is increasingly being included in health care programs at hospitals, other Wellness environments and with Individuals with Special Needs.
