Discover the healing practice of Reiki and learn how to use this gentle energy technique for yourself and others.
Reiki Level One is the foundation of Reiki practice and is designed for beginners—no previous experience is needed. During this hands-on certification class, you’ll learn the history and principles of Reiki, how Reiki energy is used, basic hand positions, techniques for self-Reiki, and how to offer Reiki to others.
This class places a strong emphasis on developing your own connection with Reiki and learning practical ways to incorporate it into everyday life for relaxation, stress reduction, emotional well-being, and greater self-awareness.
During the class, you will receive your Reiki Level One attunement and have opportunities to practice what you learn in a comfortable, supportive environment.
Your class includes:
• Reiki Level One instruction and hands-on practice
• The history and principles of Reiki
• Understanding Reiki energy and how it is used
• Self-Reiki techniques
• Basic Reiki hand positions for working with others
• Reiki Level One attunement
• Guidance for continuing your Reiki practice after class
