How to treat yourself daily. By the end of this level, you will be able to give a full Reiki treatment to yourself and practice on friends and family.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique. The word means "universal life energy." It is not a religion. It is not a belief system. It is a direct transmission of healing energy that flows through your hands.
When you are attuned to Reiki, your channel opens. The energy flows whether you believe in it or not. It is not about you. It is about getting out of the way.
Reiki reduces stress. It calms the nervous system. It accelerates healing. It clears energetic blockages. It works on yourself, on others, on animals, on plants, on situations, on past and future timelines.
Once you have it, you have it for life.

Level II graduates are equipped to charge for sessions. Level III graduates can teach and attune others.
