I am pleased to offer this class on the First Degree level of Usui Reiki energy healing. I also teach a few important things you should know from Qigong to enhance your Level I (Shoden) practice (not usually included in a Reiki class)! You will learn to feel and direct the energy of Reiki to heal yourself and close family/friends. Learning and practicing Reiki also greatly enhances our spiritual development in unforeseen ways!After practicing Level I regularly, you will be ready to advance to Level II and advance your skills and abilities to treat others professionally or enhance your spirituality.
Topics include: Reiki meaning and history; Reiki precepts, pillars, aspects, and elements; theory and benefits; basic human anatomy; treatment procedures and hand positions; Reiki meditations and exercises; chakras; and additional applications.
Learn Reiki Level I, receive First Degree attunements of both palms, practice self healing and become certified. Manual and certificate included.
Class will be in-person only.
Light refreshments will be provided and you are welcome to bring your lunch or a dish to pass.
Registration closes the day of class.
You may hold your spot with a non-refundable deposit of $45 and pay the rest ($150) by the day of the class.
