LEARN THE LIFE-CHANGING PRACTICE OF REIKI
FROM THE ROOTS OF ITS TRADITIONAL JAPANESE ORIGINS
Through the foundations of traditional Japanese Reiki, bring self-healing into your life and those you care about, by learning relaxing meditative practices and hands-on techniques. This Shoden Level I Reiki course is especially designed for anyone looking to add Reiki as a self-practice for balanced wellness, stress & anxiety relief, as well as personal health & development. It can also be very beneficial for those who wish to deepen their current knowledge & practice of Reiki with a cultural emphasis on its traditional Japanese roots, and developing a more connected personal relationship with Reiki.
Shoden is the "first teachings," or 1st Degree Level of Japanese Reiki (Usui Reiki Ryoho), laying the foundation of principles & practices taught by Mikao Usui, the founder of the system of Reiki. In this course, emphasis is placed on self-healing, daily meditative practice, connecting to your Ki through the mind-body-breath, and providing Reiki for others.
To learn the system of Japanese Reiki is to rediscover and reconnect to the wholeness of our True Self, reacquainting ourselves to the light within us. It is an exciting and meaningful expedition that uncovers our True Nature, and builds a relationship with ourselves that will guide & support us for the rest of our lives.
