Reiki Level 1: Foundations of Energy HealingReiki Level 1 is an introduction to the practice of Reiki and the foundations of working with universal life-force energy. This class is designed for beginners and anyone who feels called to deepen their connection with energy, intuition, and healing.
Students will learn the history and principles of Reiki, how energy moves through the body, the chakra system, grounding and energetic protection, hand positions, and how to give a complete Reiki treatment to themselves and others.
During class, students will receive their Reiki Level 1 attunement, opening them to begin consciously channeling Reiki energy. There will also be hands-on practice so students can experience giving and receiving Reiki in a supportive environment.
In this class you will learn:
* The history and foundations of Reiki
* The Reiki principles
* Understanding energy and the chakra system
* How to ground, center, and prepare for energy work
* Reiki hand positions
* How to perform self-Reiki
* How to work with your intuition during a session
* Basic energetic boundaries and cleansing
