🌿 Reiki Level 1 – Foundations & Self-Care
Whether you are completely new to Reiki or have felt curious about it for some time, Level 1 introduces you to its principles, history, and practical applications.
Through guided learning, attunement, and hands-on practice, you will explore how to incorporate Reiki into your own life and share it with family, friends, pets and others. This is an opportunity to develop greater awareness, trust in yourself, and discover a practice you can continue to nurture.
🌿 Reiki Level 2 – Deepening Your Connection
For those ready to build upon their Reiki Level 1 foundation, Level 2 opens the door to a broader understanding and application of Reiki.
You will be introduced to additional Reiki symbols and techniques, including distance Reiki, allowing you to explore the practice beyond the limitations of physical proximity.
Through further attunement and energetic activations, practice, and learning, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your confidence and deepen your connection with Reiki.
🌿 A Touch of Shamanic Wisdom
Drawing upon my background in shamanic traditions, I also bring a gentle awareness of our connection to nature, the elements, and the wisdom of energies. These simple perspectives complement the Reiki teachings, encouraging grounding, presence, and a deeper appreciation of the interconnectedness of life.

Reiki is not about becoming someone different. It is about exploring what is already within you, developing awareness, and discovering how this practice may enrich your life and the lives of others.
Each person brings their own experiences, understanding, and intentions. There is no expectation to be anything other than yourself.
