This is a 2 day intensive training in the Japanese Usui method of Reiki Healing. We learn self Reiki healing, healing for plants and animals, meditation and breathing techniques to enhance the subtle energy healing system, exercises for grounding and protection as well as 4 attunements to open the chakras.
Certificate given on completion from the Shanticentre Training School.
