Reiki means “universal life energy.” You can take Reiki I as a standalone course or continue with Reiki II.In Reiki I, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, receive a Reiki I attunement, and practise giving Reiki to yourself and others. After completing the course, you’ll receive a Reiki I diploma.
Reiki II builds on what you learned in Reiki I. You’ll explore the three Reiki II symbols and practise techniques including distance Reiki. After completing this level, you’ll receive a Reiki II diploma.
About Runi
Runi is a healer, sound healer and multi-instrumentalist who has shared his knowledge and experience with people in Norway and internationally for nearly 30 years. He completed his Reiki Master training with the International Center for Reiki Training in Glastonbury, near Stonehenge.
He also teaches traditional Shōtōkan karate, Tantra and yoga. His music has helped set the tone for opening ceremonies at events including OMG and Soria Gathering.
Runi’s teaching is grounded in a clear, practical method. He guides participants through techniques and exercises step by step, giving them space to build confidence through practice.

Reiki II: 31 January, 11:00–16:00 — NOK 2,200
Both courses: NOK 3,500 (save NOK 600)
You can attend Reiki I on its own. Reiki II is for those who have completed Reiki I.
