Join Sarina for an evening of gentle movement, mindful breathing, meditation, and Reiki.Each gathering unfolds a little differently, guided by the energy of the group and what is present in the moment. Together we'll create space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and invite a space to pause.
Throughout our time together, you’ll be guided through one or a blend of the following modalities: Reiki-inspired movement, breath-work, and/or meditation before settling into rest while each participant receives a few moments of hands-on Reiki to support balance, relaxation, and healing.
No previous Reiki experience is needed, come as you are.
All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel cozy.
