Reiki Alchemy Level 1 is a two-day immersive training for those who feel called to understand Reiki and life force energy on a much deeper level.
This isn't simply about learning where to place your hands or leaving with another certificate.
It's about developing a relationship with energy that begins with you.
Your body.
Your nervous system.
Your intuition.
Your capacity to receive.
Your ability to trust what you're sensing.
Because before we learn to hold energy for anybody else, we learn to hold ourselves.
What is Reiki Alchemy?
Reiki Alchemy brings together traditional Reiki teachings and attunements with nervous system awareness, energetic embodiment, intuition and the deeper practices that have shaped my own relationship with energy.
The foundation of Reiki Alchemy moves through four pillars:
REGULATE - creating greater safety and awareness within the body and nervous system.
RECEIVE - opening your relationship with Reiki and allowing yourself to receive life force energy.
REMEMBER - reconnecting with your intuition and innate energetic awareness.
RADIATE - allowing Reiki to become something you embody and eventually share with others.
Level 1 begins with the first three.
Before becoming the practitioner, you learn to become the practice.

- Your 21-day Reiki integration journey
There will be space throughout the weekend for practice, reflection, meditation, questions and integration.
This is an experiential training. You won't spend two days sitting and listening to theory.
You'll experience Reiki.
The Level 1 experience
By the end of Reiki Alchemy Level 1, my intention is that you don't simply leave knowing how to do Reiki.
You'll begin learning how to:
Regulate and understand your own energy.
Listen more deeply to your body.
Develop trust in what you're sensing.
Strengthen your connection with your intuition.
Work consciously with life force energy.
Create a Reiki practice that exists beyond the treatment table.
Support yourself and others with greater confidence.
Reiki becomes something you live, not simply something you practise.
Who is this for?
Reiki Alchemy Level 1 may be for you if you're feeling called towards energy work but want something deeper than simply learning another modality.
You may already work within wellness, coaching, embodiment, spirituality or holistic therapies, or Reiki may be completely new to you.
No previous Reiki or energy healing experience is required.
You simply need curiosity and a willingness to experience the practice for yourself.

Your training includes your Reiki Alchemy Level 1 manual, in-person teaching and practice, four attunements, certification and continued integration guidance with an online learning portal.
