Reiki 1 Training
Maybe you’ve experienced Reiki before, or maybe you’re curious about energy healing and the benefits of Reiki. Either way, Reiki Level 1 is a great beginning.
This is a hands-on training where we will learn the foundations of Reiki in a way that feels practical, grounded, and easy to bring into everyday life.
Together, we’ll explore:
• The origins and foundations of Usui Reiki
• The Reiki principles and how they can be applied to everyday life
• Understanding energy and your own energetic awareness
• Self-Reiki and simple practices you can use at home
• Hand positions and techniques for offering Reiki to others
• Your Level 1 Reiki attunement
You’ll have plenty of time to practice, ask questions, share experiences, and experience Reiki for yourself.
No previous experience is needed. Just come as you are.
Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your relationship with Reiki. A practice you can return to for yourself, and a foundation you can continue to build on as you grow.
