Join us as we bring together partners, leaders, and advocates to strengthen our collective impact. Mark your calendars, spread the word, and stay tuned for registration details! Keynote speaker: Hezekiah Watkins
Hezekiah Watkins is a living witness to the American Civil Rights Movement and an enduring voice for justice. At just 13 years old, he was arrested in Jackson, Mississippi, after being mistaken for a Freedom Rider, an experience that led to his imprisonment at Parchman and sparked a lifelong commitment to civil rights. Over the years, he was arrested more than 100 times for his activism, standing courageously against segregation and inequality while working to expand opportunity for future generations. Today, he shares his story across the country to help young people understand their history and use their voices for change. We are honored to welcome Hezekiah Watkins as our keynote speaker for this event
