Debuting in 2021, REHAB is a dark comedy based on and inspired by lived experience in addiction, rehab & recovery. Allowing the audience to have a ‘fly on the wall’ experience within our residential rehab the show pulls you into our chaotic world of brutal honesty, mischievous sharp wit & ego deflation.Our main intention has always been to de stigmatise addiction through humanising people experiencing it and normalise recovery.
REHAB boldly and unapologetically illustrates that addiction is not a character flaw, but rather a health condition, for which recovery is possible for anyone who wants it.
Our eclectic characters demonstrate addiction does not discriminate and illustrates the multifaceted, unique person who exists despite their addiction. Our show also allows insight into other intersections of marginalisation the character may experience, such as socio-economic, ethnic, cultural, sexuality, gender and other mental health disabilities.
