Whether you're recovering from trauma, experiencing chronic stress, or simply looking for a more grounded way to care for yourself, this group offers a gentle, accessible approach to healing.
Each session combines trauma-informed yoga practices with mindfulness and body awareness techniques to help participants reconnect with their bodies, increase emotional resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of calm. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
Group Goals:
