Regulate • Root • Rise - Seasonal Women’s Circles are gentle, nature-based gatherings designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect - with yourself, with others and with the natural world.
Each circle is held in a calm, supportive space, guided with intention and rooted in the rhythm of the seasons. You’ll be invited to step out of the pace of everyday life and into a more grounded, restorative way of being.
The main circle takes place from 7pm – 8:45pm.
Each circle is slightly different, guided by the season and the energy of the group, but may include a blend of gentle practices such as meditation, breathwork, essential oils, Reiki and working with crystals - all designed to support relaxation, grounding and connection.
Before the circle begins, you are warmly invited to arrive early for an optional, slower landing into the space.
From 6pm, there is the option to join a gentle 2km (approx. 30 minute) walk around the surrounding nature reserve - a chance to arrive, breathe and begin connecting with the other women in the circle.
From 6:30pm – 7pm, while the circle space is being prepared, you’re welcome to:
- enjoy a herbal tea in the indoor or outdoor seating areas
- continue connecting with others
- take another quiet walk
- or spend time in the arboretum, connecting with the trees and nature around you
This first hour is completely optional and will be weather-dependent. A WhatsApp group will be created ahead of each circle to share any updates, so you’ll be asked to provide a mobile number when booking.
If joining the walk, please arrive by 5:55pm.
If attending the circle only, please arrive by 6:55pm to allow a gentle, settled start.
You are welcome to join in whatever way feels right for you -nwhether that’s coming early to land slowly, or arriving just for the circle itself.
