Regional Roundtable: Advancing Association Leadership
Join us in person for the Association Latinos cohort-based learning experience that allows attendees to apply knowledge learned to real-world applications or case studies. VUCA is an acronym that stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity -- qualities that make a situation or condition difficult to analyze, respond to, or plan for. Understanding how to mitigate these qualities can greatly improve the strategic abilities of a leader and lead to better outcomes.
Subject-matter experts will share thought leadership, best practices, strategies, and resources to develop association leaders around three key categories but not limited to; Culturally Competency Leadership, Association Best Practices, and Elevating Careers.
