Take a break in nature and spend time with others at Refresh & Connect, our relaxed outdoor community meet‑up. Enjoy refreshments, gentle conversation, and the chance to unwind in a calm, supportive space.You’re welcome to join in with light gardening or simple maintenance tasks, or just enjoy being outdoors together. If the weather turns or you prefer to be inside, we also have an indoor space available, so the session will go ahead, whatever the conditions.
