Reformer Pilates for Beginners at SAMA
Curious about Reformer Pilates but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly workshop is a chance to get familiar with the practice, one movement at a time.
Learn the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates with guided instruction. Get familiar with the equipment, explore controlled movements, and understand how the practice works. Our instructors guide you through the session, with movements adapted to individual needs where appropriate.
At SAMA, we keep our class sizes small so you receive individual attention. Most of our instructors are qualified physiotherapists who guide you through the movements and help you understand your body better.
No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are and start at your own pace.
Things to Know Before Your Session
Dress code: Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Meals: Have your meal at least 2 hours before the session.
Socks: Socks are mandatory for Reformer Pilates.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before the class begins.
Safety Guidelines
Please inform your instructor about any existing injuries, health conditions, or movement-related concerns before the session.
