Join this bespoke Reformer Pilates class for back pain relief at TheraFit London, designed to help restore spinal health, improve posture, and relieve tension caused by long hours of sitting, pregnancy, or daily stress.
The class is led by an ex-gymnast, specialist in Reformer Pilates and movement, and fitness model, bringing expert knowledge of body mechanics, strength, and controlled movement to help support and protect your spine.
During this session, you can expect:
• Targeted Reformer Pilates exercises for back pain relief
• Gentle spinal mobility and posture correction work
• Core strengthening to stabilise and support the back
• Guided movements designed to release tension and improve flexibility
Many participants experience immediate relief after the class, and with regular attendance, you can expect greater back support, improved posture, and enhanced overall wellbeing. Strengthening the body through mindful movement can also have a positive effect on mental health, helping reduce stress and improve mood.
Our studio is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from King’s Cross St Pancras station, making it easy to reach. The studio is welcoming, easy to find, and supported by friendly and professional staff.
Pilates socks are required for the reformer machines and can be purchased in the studio if needed.
