About this Event
As part of HandsOn London's continuing work to support Green Schools, we're hosting a Community Volunteering Day this Easter weekend at Claremont Primary School.
The work we'll be carrying out will support the school's environmental education curriculum and help maintain the outdoor spaces so loved by the schoolchildren.
Expect to carry out seasonal spring gardening works around the school including cutting back overgrowth, pruning, and planting vegetables and flowers in raised beds.
We will provide all the tools you'll need as well as have a safety demonstration should you be new to outdoor works - you just need to bring a smile and a can-do attitude!
Volunteers must be 18+ unless accompanied by an adult. If you are under 18 and would like to volunteer without an adult, please get in touch.
