New Mixed Class is great for couples or mates :)Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body form of exercise performed on a specialist piece of equipment called a reformer. Using controlled movement, adjustable resistance and guided breathing, it helps improve strength, mobility, posture and balance while remaining gentle on the joints.
Our 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙇𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 is a MIXED class & welcomes both female / male beginners and experienced clients into a supportive, small-group setting.
The reformer provides both resistance and assistance, allowing each exercise to be adapted to suit different abilities. Movements are layered with options and progressions, ensuring the class feels accessible yet appropriately challenging.
Reformer Pilates focuses on moving with control and intention. It can support joint health, rehabilitation, injury recovery and long-term wellbeing, making it an effective way to build strength and confidence in the body over time.
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙖 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨:
Classes take place in a small, calm group environment (maximum of 6 beds), allowing for personalised guidance and an unrushed pace.
You’ll move through a series of controlled exercises on the reformer, working on strength, mobility, alignment and balance. Emphasis is placed on quality of movement rather than speed, helping you feel steady and supported throughout.
Your instructor will offer modifications and progressions where needed, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable in your practice.
Expect to leave feeling lightly worked, lengthened and more connected to your body - not exhausted. With regular practice, you may notice improved strength, greater ease of movement and enhanced overall wellbeing.
