- We will be planting some tree saplings and shrubs. These understory plants are an important part of the forest ecosystem.
- The planting site is a restored area where we recently removed mugwort (an invasive species) to make space for native plant habitat
- If available, we will do "bare root planting" to add many trees to our Greenway and our growing urban forest network.
- We are unsure of when the trees will be delivered, but once they are we will need all the help we can get to plant them within 24hrs of arrival! Fill out this form if you want to be involved in bare root tree planting and added to our contact list.
