About this Event
REFILL YOUR CUP
Join us in person to take a little time for yourself and refill your cup.
Give yourself the gift of renewed energy this holiday season.
Between work, family, year-end commitments, and holiday plans, it’s easy to keep pouring into everyone and everything around you. This afternoon is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and make a little room for yourself.
Join author Damilare Adeyeri at Foxtail Coffee Co. – Riverview South for a relaxed afternoon of conversation, practical inspiration, and book signing as we celebrate:
Shift Happens!: The Energy Reset Guide for High Achievers Who Are Tired of Running on Empty
If you’ve been doing all the things while wondering why you feel so depleted, this conversation is for you.
Together, we’ll explore what drains our energy, what helps replenish it, and how small moments of breath, movement, and joy can fit into everyday life, even during a busy holiday season.
Damilare will share stories and ideas from the book, guide a brief energy-reset experience, and leave plenty of time for questions, connection, and personally signed copies.
What to expect
- An author conversation: Hear the story behind Shift Happens! and explore ways to pursue what matters while making room for your own wellbeing.
- A guided energy reset: Try a short, optional practice drawn from the book that you can take into your everyday routine.
- Conversation and connection: Ask questions, share a little of your own experience, or simply settle in and listen.
- Book signing and photos: Meet Damilare and have your copy personally signed.
- A meaningful holiday gift: Pick up a personalized copy for yourself or someone who’s always giving so much.
Who’s invited?
Professionals, entrepreneurs, parents, caregivers, creatives and anyone who could use a little replenishment.
Come on your own or bring a friend. You’re welcome whether you’ve already read the book, are discovering it for the first time, or simply want to enjoy the conversation.
