This half day seminar will adress possibilities to reduce interventions in childbirth. Monitoring results, educating staff in procedures to manage lack of labour progress and how to councel couples for less cesarean sections.The workshop will be based on the implemtation strategy from a tertiary hospital in Denmark (Aabenraa) where the department reduced CS rate from 19%to 12,5%.
