Join us for this quarter’s Redkite Conversations, bringing together business owners, advisers and entrepreneurs for a focused and engaging discussion on families in business and the future, with guest speaker Simon Prior of Azets and Redkite Solicitors’ Sally Tarlton-Weatherall.
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in tax, having started his career at HMRC before moving into accountancy and tax consultancy. For the past 16 years, he has specialised in advising owner-managed businesses throughout their lifecycle, with expertise across a broad range of tax matters, including CGT and SDLT.
Sally, a Family Law Partner at Redkite Solicitors, will bring the legal perspective, with particular expertise in complex financial matters following divorce or separation, including business assets, investments, trusts and property.
We are exploring what happens when relationships and business ownership overlap, the conversations couples should be having from the outset, and how business owners can protect both their business and personal interests if circumstances change.
