About this Event
We’re delighted to be joining Morpeth Library during Green Libraries Week, on Tuesday 27th October 2026, with an opportunity to come along, have a chat and discover what Mother Nature’s Ph*rm*cy is all about.
For generations, people understood the plants growing around them and passed that knowledge from one generation to the next. Somewhere along the way, many of us lost that connection — and with it, some of the simple, practical knowledge our ancestors took for granted.
Mother Nature’s Ph*rm*cy is about rediscovering that knowledge.
It brings together two of my lifelong passions: my fascination with the natural world and my love of helping people learn.
Through informal talks and hands-on workshops, I explore the herbs and medicinal plants growing around us, their traditional uses and the simple ways we can bring them into our everyday lives.
Come and meet me at the Apothecary Table, where you can see, smell and explore some of the plants and herbal preparations we'll be working with in future sessions.
Whether you're completely new to herbal medicine or simply curious to learn more, come along for an informal chat and discover how you can reconnect with nature — and rediscover nature’s medicine.
