Behind many successful women is someone who believed in them, advocated for them, opened a door, or encouraged them to step through it. ✨
Join RedChair Pittsburgh for our annual event as we explore The Power of Partnership and the meaningful impact allies, sponsors, and advocates can have on our personal and professional journeys. ❤️
This year, six panelists will share the stage in pairs, with each woman joined by a male mentor, sponsor, or advocate who has played an important role in her journey. Together, they’ll share the real stories behind their relationships: how they began, how they evolved, the doors they opened 🚪, the lessons they learned from one another, and the lasting impact they’ve had on each other’s lives and careers.
Because advancing women isn’t something women should have to do alone. When we have people willing to advocate, sponsor, mentor, and stand beside us, we all move forward. 💪❤️
