IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
-Presentations will be held at the end of the event at the clubhouse, following the Annual General Meeting.
-The Annual General Meeting will be held directly after the event at the clubhouse – Junior members are not permitted to vote – the waterslide will be open to keep them occupied.
-Alcohol is not to be consumed at a MERC event. As Redbanks is a licenced venue, alcohol consumption is permitted at the clubhouse, however must remain outside of the MERC event. Bar Sales are available at Redbanks on Saturday night.
