Each month carries its own distinct flavor and intention, lovingly guided by a rotating team of skilled facilitators. Through gentle practices, focused journaling prompts, and meaningful group discussion, you are invited to explore the many seasons of womanhood, share your stories openly without any pressure to be "fixed," and experience the quiet power of being truly witnessed exactly as you are.
