The Red Tent Day Retreat Series begins with**Winter: Reclaiming the Sacred Feminine**.
Winter is the season of turning inward.
The season of rest, release, reflection, and remembering the wisdom that lives beneath the noise.
This intimate day retreat is a sacred space for women to reconnect with their bodies, their feminine wisdom, and sisterhood in a grounded, supportive container.
Together, we will move through:

Embodied Alchemy
Reiki-infused guided journey sound bath
Journal + sharing circle

This is the first retreat in our seasonal Red Tent series — Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall — where we will explore the cycles we move through as women and how to honor each season within ourselves.
