Red Rock Reserve: Winter Private Estate Salon at Eagle DancerSet against the red rocks of Sedona, FLEUR invites guests beyond the gates of Eagle Dancer Resort for an intimate winter afternoon of fine wine, gastronomy, history and gracious hospitality.
Rather than a traditional walk-around festival, Red Rock Reserve is designed as a private estate salon. Guests will wander the property, discover culinary expressions from a featured chef, enjoy a specially selected collection of wines presented by James V. Monaci, and gather in intimate spaces as the afternoon light gives way to dusk.
Eagle Dancer owners Huib and Iona will share stories of the estate, offering guests a rare glimpse into the history and character of one of Sedona’s most distinctive properties.
Subtle floral and artistic elements will complement the architecture and landscape, creating a setting where food, wine, history and place become part of one experience.
